Minimum order quantities for embroidery is 8 Units. This is due to our machines having 8 heads of embroidery. Less than minimum charges will apply for special cases. Please reach out to a sales representative for more information.

While we can use any image you may have for a reference, our Commerical Embroidery Equipment only reads specific file types: .PXF, .DST. Embroidery requires your artwork to be digitized. This digitizing fee is a one-time charge, and we will hold your file on our servers forever.

While we have a large selection of stock thread colors, specific thread matches will be an additional charge. To help keep waste and costs down, we are able to provide a selection of stock thread color matches based on color needed.

We can certainly do custom name personalization, we have 2 stock fonts to choose from (Block Font or Brushed Script), other fonts will incur a digitizing fee.
