Custom Embroidery
Custom embroidered designs are available on tee shirts, sweatshirts, hats, jackets, bags, casual and business wear. Personalized towels, quilts and baby items are also available for embroidery.
When you submit a design to us, we must first convert it over to stitches to be used for embroidery. When you submit your design, our digitizers will provide us with the estimated stitches, allowing us to give you an estimate.

Tackle Twill/Applique
Tackle Twill is most commonly seen on athletic uniforms. A player's name and number is designed with twill fabric, custom cut into the chosen letter style, then sewn onto the garment with a zig-zag or satin stitch.
Heat Pressing
A heat press is the machine that presses a transfer onto an imprintable product. With very high temperatures and a certain amount of pressure, the transfer is permanently embedded into the product.
Heat presses are recommended for professional and satisfying results simply because standard laminating devices and home hand irons can not get even near the temperatures required for a reliable transfer.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is also known as serigraphy, involving the use of stencils to transfer the design. Paint is applied to a silk or nylon screen and penetrates areas of the screen not blocked by the stencil. By using several stencils a number of colors may be employed in a single print. Silk-screen printing was developed as a commercial medium; it is used by modern artists, including Andy Warhol, who have combined it with photographic processes.
